Norra Vallsjöns FVOF Fishing in the fisheries management area is granted through fishing license sales. Fishing licenses are personal and only apply to fishing with the following hand gear. Metspö, Spinnspö, Haspelspö, Flugspö, Pimplespö, ice fishing rod, Angeldon and trolling (also after a motorboat). Young people fish freely with hand gear until the day they turn 16. All pikes over 75 cm must also be released again. The fish that are released must be handled as carefully as possible. When fishing from ice, an unhooking mat should be used.

Norra Vallsjön has unique and exciting nature. The lake contains many islands and bays and its immediate surroundings have been very little affected by buildings or anything else by humans. We also have the smaller lakes Holmsjön, Färgesjön, Gärdesjön and Ältesjön, where you will truly experience nature on its own terms. In these lakes, except Gärdesjön, it is not possible to launch a boat. Norra Vallsjön has a good ramp close to the municipal bathing place and there is also ample parking. Remember to follow the right of public access and be careful with fires and otherwise take care in our beautiful nature. Be attentive to nesting birds and do not visit these islands during nesting periods. Boat hire Boat hire 100 kr/day. This is booked by telephone. 070-7985547 Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 15. Handheld tackle only Young people fish free with handheld tackle until the day they turn 16. Norra Vallsjöns Fiskevårdsförening's purpose is to manage the lakes included in the area in a good and sustainable way. We want to safeguard and preserve the unique nature found in the area and promote the fish species in the lakes in the best possible way. The area also includes the lakes Holmsjön, Färgesjön, Gärdesjön and Ältesjön. A boat ramp is available only in Norra Vallsjön and close to the bathing place.
