The fisheries management area covers the lakes Storasjön, Sävsjön, Hallasjön, Yxasjön, Arvidabosjön and parts of Västerån. Here you can fish for perch, bream, pike, whitefish, tench, zander and roach. There are natural boat-launching places in Storasjön, Yxasjön and Arvidabosjön. Only catch-and-release is applied in the area, i.e. fish are carefully released after capture. Permits and boat booking
