Welcome to Älghults Sportfiskeförening's waters! Here there are five different waters with different conditions: Hovgårdssjön, Marskogsjön, Marskoggölen, Svansångsgöl and Hundsgöl, all included in the fishing permit. All fishing takes place with handheld tackle or set lines (10/permit). Boats are hired from Älghults Cykel & Sport (Mon-Fri 9-17.30, Sat 9-12). Hovgårdssjön: 0.44km2. The association's second-largest lake, with five boats for hire. It is also possible to launch your own boat. Good stocks of pike, perch, roach, bream and tench. Burbot has also been caught on occasion. Several pike over 10kg and perch over 1kg have been caught. A perfect lake for specimen fishing for, for example, bream and tench. Marskogsjön: 0.62km2. The association's largest lake, with three boats for hire. Good stocks of pike, perch and roach. Marskoggöl: The association's least-fished water. A dark and difficult-to-reach water surrounded by quaking bog. Perhaps real monsters are lurking here? Hundsgöl: A short walk from the car park lies this fine tarn. Good opportunities to catch perch, pike and roach. One boat for hire. Svansångsgöl: 7km into the forest lies this fine tarn! There are plenty of perch, pike, roach and rainbow trout. The association stocks new rainbow trout every year. One boat for hire. NOTE! Only annual permits apply in this water! The rainbow-trout quota is two fish per permit and day! Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 12. Free fishing for children does not apply in Svansången. Älghults SFF works for good and sustainable fishing.
