Lainio Samff In the Lainioälven and flowing water there are regulations according to the Torneälvsstadgan and the Fishing Act . Fishing only for household needs Rules for co-owners The right to fish within the Lainio Community Association belongs to co-owners, children of co-owners, spouses/cohabitants/parents of co-owners and those who are registered in the village. Co-owners under the age of 15 and over the age of 80 do not need a fishing license.

Lainio Samfällighetsförening manages the fishing rights in more than 30 kilometres of Lainioälven. Including tributaries, this amounts to more than 60 kilometres of flowing water and a large number of lakes.
