Luleå FVOF Generally: Hook fishing may be conducted within the entire fisheries management area. Net fishing in certain areas. Red-marked water area on the map = total ban on net fishing Yellow-marked water area on the map = net fishing only for landowners with a connection to the water area. Fishing season: Grayling are protected during the breeding season from and including April 15 to and including May 30. It is prohibited to fish in the net during the period 20 October - 31 December. Methods: Hook fishing may be conducted within the entire fisheries management area with a hand-held fly, reel, spinning, pimpel or fishing rod and hand line. Mjärde is included in hook fishing but is not permitted in areas where net fishing is prohibited. Scissor fishing and fishing with Russian is not permitted within the fisheries management area. Net fishing Annual pass SEK 500. Net hook or ball must be marked with name, telephone and fishing license number. The mains igniters must be identically marked with a dob or ball. Nets that are not properly marked are confiscated. Each card holder has the right to fish with one or two bottom nets with a total length of no more than 60 metres, a maximum depth of 1.8 meters and a mesh width of no more than 85 mm (14 turns/alm). When fishing with two nets, the nets must be interconnected to form a unit. The net fishing card is intended for fishing for household needs and may not be conducted for commercial profit. The measurement is counted from the tip of the nose to the extreme tip of the tail fin. Salmon and trout with adipose fin must be reintroduced.
