Soutujärvi FVOF Fishing rules: Annual passes are not valid in implanted waters. Max 3 fish/day with minimum length 35cm applies to grayling, trout and char. When fishing, 1 fishing rod/person applies. To protect grayling during spawning, fishing for grayling is prohibited between April 15 and June 10. Planted waters are closed to fishing between 1 Sep-31 Dec. Fishing from floating materials prohibited in implanted waters. Fishing from float rings is permitted in Puoltikasjärvi and Marsijärvi with a special float ring permit. Young people under 18 fish for free. Soutujärvi FVOF Fiskekort 2 • The fishing license entitles you to fish with a fishing rod (equipped with one line and a maximum of three hooks) per person in open waters. • It is permitted to take up and retain a maximum of 3 in total trout and grayling per fisherman per day (example: either 3 grayling or 2 grayling and 1 trout). • The minimum length allowed for killing and keeping fish is: 35 cm for grayling; 35 cm for trout; 50 cm for salmon. The length is measured from the tip of the nose to the tip of the tail fin. • In the Kalix River it is permitted to keep maximum one trout per fisherman per day in the size 35-45 cm according to the regulations of the Swedish Fisheries Board (FIFS 2004:37).
