Open source dataIt is a shallow plain lake. In summer it is 70-80 cm deep. There are plenty of pike and coarse fish. The lake is difficult to fish from the bank, but it is also difficult to get out by boat. To have a chance of launching a boat, you must either do so at the inlet upstream in Tidan or at the lake outlet at Odensåker. Alternatively at Öja boat place, but no boats may be left behind. The public may fish in the lake from 20/4 up to and including 15/11. Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 17. The purpose of this fishery conservation association is to make fishing possible for the public in Lake Östen.
