Simsjöns FVF Fishing only applies to spin fishing, pimp fishing, fly fishing, angling and rowing (incl. electric motor). Fishing with a day permit is only valid for one fishing gear. Children, even men over the age of 17, fish on a parent's or guardian's fishing license. Fishing from public (municipal) piers is not permitted. Boat ramps are missing around the lake. Remember to submit a catch report! Winter fishing when the lake is covered with ice is allowed with the same rules as above, with a pimpelspö, 6 pcs. fishing rods or 6 pcs. ice fishing rods. Simsjön FVF fastighetsägare Annual passes cover the calendar year and are valid for a maximum of 3 fish per week per pass, as well as crayfish fishing according to board decisions. Family cards apply to co-owners (fishing rights owners) and people with property at Simsjön. Family cards are valid for a maximum of 2 adults with their own children. A maximum of 3 children per family card. Children are considered children up to and including the age of 17. Family cards are only valid for family members who live at home and for accommodation at the same residential address. A family consists of married or cohabiting people who have registered their relationship and their children, or either parent together with their children. Married cohabiting couples without children and people who have registered their relationship and who do not have children are also considered a family. Winter fishing from ice is permitted with the same rules as above, with 6 ice rods, 6 angel rods, or 6 ice fishing rods. For crayfish fishing, cottage owners with an annual pass may fish with 8 tackle per property. Each tackle must have its own clear float marked with the owner's name, property number and telephone number. Incorrectly marked tackle or too many tackles may be confiscated. The right to crayfish fishing cannot be delegated without permission from the board of the fisheries management association. Crayfish fishing is permitted throughout the lake, but not from bathing jetties. The board decides each year how crayfish fishing shall be conducted.
