Aspeboda FVOF Fishing, crayfish fishing may only be conducted in the water that belongs to the own division. Exceptions for fishing with fixed gear and conditions for crayfish fishing are listed below. Fixed gear includes gillnets, nets, gillnets and longlines. Fishing with hand gear and fishing gear may be conducted within the entire fishery management area with certain exceptions and times, see below. A fishing license is required for all fishing within the fishery management area. A fishing license is personal. A special fishing license applies to Små-illingarna and Spjutsjön. A fishing license and ID must be presented upon inspection. Children up to 15 years of age fish for free when accompanied by a guardian. Restrictions on fish size and number of fish apply to children and guardians together. In Spjutsjön there is a total fishing ban during the period from 1/10 until the premiere the following year. There is a total fishing ban in the running waters of the fishery conservation area during the period 1/9 – 31/12. When fishing with fixed gear, the gear must be marked with the owner's name and telephone number. Unmarked gear may be confiscated. When trolling, a maximum of 4 rods are allowed per boat. In Spjutsjön, a maximum of 1 rod per fishing license applies. The minimum size for game fish is 25 cm. A maximum of 1 card per day may be redeemed. A maximum of 3 game fish per day may be caught. We apply a control fee of 1000 SEK to a fisherman who has permission to fish within the fishery conservation area but who violates the association's own local fishing rules.
