Sunnansjö FVOF Determined at the association's annual general meeting. In applicable parts, the Fisheries Act applies. Crayfish fishing may only take place at times decided by the board of the fishery management association. Crayfish fishing may be conducted with a maximum of ten (10) nets or cages. Minimum size for crayfish is ten (10) centimeters. All those who have the right to redeem local cards or fishing rights certificates within Sunnansjö FVOF may conduct fishing with nets, mjärd, Russian, angling and hand gear (except Hamptjärn). Number of tackle: Hand gear 2, Angeldorn 15, Trolling/tow line 8 rods, Floating hook 10, Mort hut 2, Net 3 and Russian 2. Nets and other outside fishing gear must be marked with name and address or telephone number. Outside fishing gear must be whitewashed at least once a day. Valid only in Hemptjärn. Max 3 fish per card and day and max 1 rod per card. Control fee. For violations of the fishing rules set by the association, a control fee is charged in accordance with the Act (1981:533) on fishing conservation areas, §§ 31-38. Inspection fees are charged as follows: Offenses against fishing according to section 10-12, First offense SEK 200, Second offense SEK 400 and Third offense SEK 800 Offenses against fishing according to section 13-14, First offense SEK 400, Second offense SEK 800 and Third offense SEK 1,600 Sunnansjö FVOF Kräftfiske Public crayfish fishing: Fishing gear may not be left in the lakes between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Price 150 SEK/per occasion (weekend), valid together with local card or fishing license. 10 crayfish cages/traps may be placed per crayfish fishing license. Crayfish smaller than 10 cm must be returned without fail.
