Bonäset-Risnäset-Äspnäs

Bonäsets-Risnäsets-Äspnäs joint property association offers fishing in Ströms Vattudal. It is an extensive water system in northern Jämtland around the localities of Bonäset, Risnäset and Äspnäs. There is also fine fishing in a number of rivers and tarns, e.g. Skarvsjön, Bodflotjärn, Spettnästjärnarna, Lill-Allvattnet, Lilltjärn and Nordbotjärn. The area offers good fishing for trout, Arctic char, grayling, perch, pike and whitefish. The best fishing is ice fishing for grayling and Arctic char in late winter and summer fishing with angling, spinning and fly fishing for trout and grayling. All lakes and tarns are easily accessible by access roads with good parking facilities. Route: East side of Vattudalen: from Strömsund, Road 342 towards Gäddede, 15 km. West side of Vattudalen: From Strömsund, Road 339, then Road 801 towards Renån, 35 km. (See fishing map.) Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 16. Bonäsets-Risnäsets-Äspnäs joint property association is a non-profit association whose main task is to ensure good and lasting fishing in our lakes, tarns and watercourses. All income to the association goes in full towards fish stocking and other measures promoting fishing. The area is also included in Vattudalskortet and Ströms Vattudal Trollingkort.
