Granboforsens FVOF The area includes the Indalsälven from Kattstrupeforsen's power plant down to the mouth of Midskogsmagasinet at the mouth of Långan. Fishing ban 50 meters upstream / downstream dam building. Applies only to hand tools with a maximum of 3 hangers. Fishing from a boat only allowed with a rented boat by the fisheries conservation area association. Prohibition of trout fishing 1/9 - 31/10 Prohibition of grayling fishing 15 / 4-31 / 5. Fishing for grayling 1 / 9-31 / 10 only with fly. Minimum size trout and grayling 35 cm. Max 5 fish / day. Masquerade prohibited. Mask with cream allowed.

Fishing in the regulated part of the Indalsälven between the Kattstrupeforsen power station to the Långan outlet where pike, grayling, trout and perch are most common. Boat rental possible, contact us for further information. ... Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 17. Carry out fishing promotion measures such as release of fish, wind protection etc. The area is also included in other areas, the Fishing Road Map between 9 fisheries management areas and a 13-mile long fishing stretch, from Krokom to the Norwegian border. The Treälvskort is an additional area and a common fishing license for Granboforsen FVO, Litsbygdens FVO, Hissmofors FVO, Nedre Lågans FVO and Nedre Hårkans FVO.
