Björnsjön open for the season -26. The fishery conservation area includes the lakes Björnsjön, Hungesjön, Brehungen, Mehungen, Strången and Rocksjön. These lakes contain perch, pike, trout, grayling, vendace, burbot and rudd. The perch grow very large and fish weighing 1kg and more are not unusual. Grayling fishing in Brehungen is well known.Rocksjön contains perch, pike and rudd.Björnsjön is subject to day permits only and a maximum of 3 game fish.There are trout, char and perch in Björnsjön. Hundreds of kg of char and trout are stocked annually. The char have grown large and are very large. The char also reproduce themselves. Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 14. Only in the company of a parent/guardian/adult/person who has a valid fishing permit (on that person's quota) If the child fishes without a parent/guardian, the child requires their own fishing permit. The association manages the fishing in Hungesjön's fishery conservation area with the lakes:Hungesjön, Mehungen, Brehungen, Strången, Rocksjön and Björnsjön, in Bodsjö parish, Bräcke municipality, Jämtland County.
