Hårkan, Indalsälven, Sännån m fl vatten

Litsbygdens FVOF Fishing regulations Lits FVO ALL fishing in flowing water applies to Hårkan and the tributaries of the Indalsälven until 26/7 2025, due to high water temperatures. Daily and weekly passes are personal. Annual passes are also valid for spouses and children under the age of 17. Violation of established rules gives the association the right to charge a control fee of 4,000 SEK to the person who violated the rules in accordance with the Fisheries Conservation Areas Act. The area includes the Hårkan from Högfors down to Indalsälven. The Indalsälven from Granbo/Långan down to Midskogs Kraftverk as well as Örån, Sännån, Fjälån, and Hällsgårdsån and Sännsjön (Part of, which also belongs to Lillsjöhögens FVO). The card also applies to our part of Myckeltjärnen and the whole of Sännsjön and to Mörttjärnen. These 2 waters are shared with Lillsjöhögens and Stuguns FVO All wild trout caught in Hårkan must be released (fatty fins left) All fishing prohibited in Örån, Sännån and Fjälån between September 1st and October 31st. In Hårkan, only fly fishing for grayling is permitted during that time period. A maximum of 3 fish, 35 - 45 cm (total grayling and farmed trout) may be kept per day. All fishing with baited hooks is prohibited in the flowing parts of the Hårkan and the other rivers. The County Administrative Board and the municipality are conducting a study of environmental toxins in wild trout caught in the Indalsälven River. Lits FVO pays 350 SEK for each trout that is submitted whole and frozen in a PE plastic bag. Information 070-358 43 16 Fishing card Holders of a net fishing license are entitled to use mass-catching gear in the Indalsälven River. The license is also valid for trolling fishing and the use of fly traps. Max. 5 nets with a total length of max. 150 m. Nets must be marked with name and phone number. Marking must be done on the net guard / buoy. Fishing with nets is prohibited within a conservation zone with a radius of 100 meters from the mouth of the tributaries. Net fishing ban applies upstream a line from the cape between Döviken and Bredviken (northern side) and the crown cabin on the southern side of the Indalsälven River. The ban applies between the following dates: 15/4 -30/6 and 1/9 - 31/10.
