You take all trash back with you. The person renting the boat is responsible for: All safety precautions when using the boat. Avoid standing in the boat and always wear a life jacket. That oars and shovels are still there and in usable condition. The boat must be locked at the bow with a chain and padlock, and at the stern with a rope and hook in the boom! It is important to ensure that both the boat and oars are locked when returned. That the boat and accessories are restored to the dock/original location. That the boat is returned within the agreed rental period. Any damage or other defects must be reported immediately. Failure to report may result in liability for compensation.
