- Hooking is prohibited.
- Angling is prohibited from the dam gates at Kölby mill up to and including Bingafallet from the opening day until 30 April and from Bingafallet up to and including Kyrkhålan from the opening day until 14 March, fly and trolling are permitted.
- Fishing from other floating devices is prohibited.
- Fishing is prohibited on water between red-marked beaches. 9.
- Salmon/trout must be between 50 and 60 cm to be kept.
- Pike must be between 40 and 75 cm to be kept.

Hossmo FVOF Rules for sport fishing within the Hossmo fishing conservation area 1. Fishing with a maximum of 2 rods. 2. Hooking is prohibited. Fish that are incorrectly hooked must be released. 3. Angling is prohibited from the dam gates at Kölby mill up to and including Bingafallet from the opening day until 30 April and from Bingafallet up to and including Kyrkhålan from the opening day until 14 March, fly and trolling are permitted. There is a wading ban between the stone bridge and the falls at St. Binga from the opening day until 31/3. Fishing ban from the first plot below Kupagölen on both sides and all the way downstream to the mouth 1/6 – 30/9, also applies to boat fishing. 4. Only 2 salmonids (salmon/trout) per season and 2 other fish per day may be kept per fisherman, all fish must be registered at www.ifiske.se/rapportera/Hossmo. Salmon/trout must be between 50 and 60 cm to be kept. Pike must be between 40 and 75 cm to be kept. Perch must always be released. 5. A fishing license does not entitle you to crayfish fishing. 6. Littering in and along the river will inevitably lead to the withdrawal of your fishing license. Anyone who violates applicable rules or otherwise behaves in a disruptive manner may be banned from further fishing in the waters of the fishing conservation area. The fee paid will not be refunded if your license is withdrawn. 7. The fishing license is personal and must always be carried when fishing together with an ID document and must be shown to a fishing inspector or landowner upon request. Fishing licenses may NOT be transferred! 8. When fishing from a boat, the boat must be anchored and a personal boat license must be presented. Maximum two adults in each boat. Fishing from other floating devices is prohibited. Fishing is prohibited on water between red-marked beaches. 9. Between 1/10 and 30/11, annual passes are valid from the church cave and downstream. All fish during this period must be released. Trout are protected. Limited annual pass is only valid between the church cave and upstream from the premiere until 30/9.
