It is also covered by the Bern Convention, which protects European wild animals and plants and their environments. Catfish accidentally caught must be unconditionally released back with the least possible handling and without being lifted out of the water. Otherwise, our guests are expected to: Limit catch to a reasonable level Show respect for the fish Protect nature and the environment Show consideration for other fishermen and residents in the area Fishing license does not entitle you to crayfish fishing
