- Prohibition on using live bait fish as bait in accordance with Swedish law.
- Max 2 rods/bait per fishing license when, for example, trolling/trolling: Minimum size Pikeperch 50 cm.
- Maximum size Pikeperch 75 cm.
- Large pike over 80cm must be released.
- Maximum catch of 5 pike under 80cm per day & fishing license.
- Max 12 gear for angling/ice fishing per fishing license.

Viggens fiskevårdsområdesförening Big and small Viggen Fishing rules: Day pass, Annual pass valid for: Hand tools (casting rod, fishing rod, ice stick) both from land & from boat. For Angel & icefish special cards apply. The fishing license is personal and may not be transferred to another person. Children & young people up to the age of 16 fish for free. Fishing with nets, traps and crayfish fishing gear is reserved for fishing rights holders and fishing must take place within the respective parcel of land according to current regulations. Gear restriction passive methods Each fishing right holder is entitled to use a maximum of 2 nets & 2 roach huts for domestic fishing at the same time. Nets refer to fixed gear (e.g. nets, gillnets). The total combined length of nets may not exceed 60 meters. Both ends must be marked with a large, clear net buoy or equivalent. All nets must be clearly marked with the fishing rights holder's name & property designation.
