Small calm dark waters with a good supply of fish. The lakes are all nestled in the forest landscape. The larger waters are easy to reach from national road 15. The most common fish species are zander, pike, Helge å trout, carp, perch, tench, bream and roach. The following waters are available within the fishery conservation area: Strönasjön, Ubbasjön, Abborrasjön, Norra Smedsjön, Södra Smedsjön, Sogylet, Gräingagylet, Togylet, Långagyl, Abborragylet, Skäragyl, Gäddegyl, Skoggylet. The area contains one or more waters for catch-and-release, i.e. fish are carefully released after capture. Free fishing for children and young people up to and including the age of 15. The association's board administers the activities. The activities are based on interested anglers obtaining permits valid in the association's 13 waters and also being allowed to borrow a boat free of charge in the lakes where the association has its own.
